Thank you to everyone who participated in RICE. Here is a summary of the week's events:
Monday-Thursday (all day in front of Cowan): Alumni Research Spotlight – This exhibit is a series of posters that showcases Centre alumni whose lives were transformed through undergraduate research.
Tuesday (11:30-12:30 in Combs): Dr John R. Barton Excellence in UGR mentorship award luncheon for all faculty and student researchers.
Wednesday (7:30pm-8:30pm in Vahlkamp Theatre): James W. Barton RICE Symposium Convocation - featuring three Centre alumni, Vivian Bowles, '21, River Fuchs, '21, and William Britt, '21, who will speak about how undergraduate research impacted their current careers.
Thursday (1:30-6:30 in Young Hall): RICE Symposium - a forum for showcasing the outstanding research achievements, creative endeavors, and independent projects completed by Centre students.
Friday (3:30-6:30 in AEGON Gallery in the Jones Visual Arts Center): Art Exhibition - an exhibition of work created by students who took art studio classes this academic year.
