Thank you to everyone who participated in RICE 2025. Here is a summary of the week's events:
Monday, April 21: Research Spotlight - This was a traveling exhibit of Centre alum whose lives were transformed through undergraduate research.
Tuesday, April 22: RICE Celebratory Luncheon - We honored three faculty members - Dr. Amy Frederick, Associate Professor of Art History (Div 1), Dr. Shana Sippy, Associate Professor of Religion (Div 2), and Drs. Jeff Heath, Professor of Mathematics and Data Science, and Prayat Poudel, Associate Professor in Mathematics (Div 3) - with the Dr. John Barton Excellence in Undergraduate Research Mentorship award for their outstanding research mentorship.
Wednesday, April 23: The annual James W. Barton RICE Symposium Convocation featured a panel of recent alums who shared their stories about how research at Centre changed their lives.
